I just retired from the Army last Friday and started my new job this Monday. It's been hectic, but I will get some of these pictures scanned and e-mailed no later than this weekend. I'm extremely grateful to the folks that have built and maintain this site. I would love to see some more folks from my era stop by and check in. I will get ahold of the guys that have recently found me and have them pop in to say hello. So far I've found DeClerq, LeMay, Seavolt, Shultz, Keagy, Mickle, Lassiter(Gunny now) and Woods, Doyle, the Lich brothers...and have an track on a few more. I'm still trying to get ahold of Mike Simmons(0331) from Louisiana{maybe married his girlfriend? Her name was Tuesday.
I also ran into two guys that joined the Army when I was in Fort Campbell in 1996 with the 101st. I don't recall their names, but one went AWOL and the other was getting Chaptered for stealing hummer tires.
Ran into Gunny Lassiter(0331) in the chow hall in Kuwait in 2008.

With that said, I just want to say Thank you to all of you...especially those old and newer combat vets.

Im married to Tuesday haha(Tara actually) we have three kids. Im not a grunt any more, now Im radio repair. I did a few deployments since Ive been back in but nothing will ever match the memories I have of my time with suicide, gettin some in Somalia and Desert Storm. Cant beleive you retired Army. God dam your old. You still with the same woman? I think her name was cristi or something. Do you remember David Stevens? He and his wife used to party with us every now and then when I was living with James and Jorquez in that house in 29. He is still in, I see him all the time. He is a Major now.

Sgt Miller/Greg Miller 2nd plt 90-94. I've found several on facebook including Simmons. Most are from 2nd Plt. Richards, Saluga, Lewin, Dawes, Rogers, Smith, Lamb, Dobbins, Romero, Aguilar, Allison, LeMay, Seavolt, Parks, Ball, Payment, Mickle, Coon, and Soman. I have over 100 photos on FB now. They are all from other Marines that i've copied to my page. I have dozens of my own that I am going to send off to be scanned to disc this week and will post them there soon. I also am friends with Botello's mother and sister on there. I'm certain they would love to see any pictures you have of him yourself, as they have told me to please post all I find along with any stories regarding him. I know they would love to "meet" the man who drew the mural in Mogadishu as well.
Good to hear you are well. I am living in Wa. state now and work in the local Emergency Dept as a Registered Nurse and trauma team leader.
Stay hard brother.
